I Cullenized my co-worker!

I got a fairly nice-looking co-worker. That's besides the point. What you should really know is that he's a great guy who is funny, nice, kind and decent.
That being said, I thought you might like to look at him before and after I Cullenized him. You might as well enjoy looking at him because you can't really appreciate how funny, nice, kind and decent his is over the Internet, now can you?
